We were in Edinburgh for an extended weekend for the SCO vs NZ match, some sightseeing, and to visit our son. The hotel is so convenient to Murrayfield. Room was spacious and clean, staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really tasty and freshly cooked. Getting ino Edinburgh - excellent bus service!!! The staff even gave us a list of the...

I had booked 2 rooms in what I thought was a small hotel which turned out to be a very dated boarding house that wouldnt be out of place in Blackpool. The place was in need of a really deep clean. The rooms are very shabby and havn't been decorated for years by the state of the wall paper, carpets...

Good clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, very easy location for the airport and the centre of Edinburgh ( a short and easy bus-ride). I will definately stay here again. The hotel was also quiet, the rooms well provided for, clean and warm.

Booked into the hotel wecome could not have been better, rooms excellent, breakfast were varied catered for all tastes, Camilla was a mine of information with local knowledge. The bus service right outside (every 10 mins) went to Princes St and Castle. Not worth taking the car. Would give the hotel five star but for tight parking, would certainly go...

The rooms are clean and comfortable and with the bus stop outside the door you can be in Haymarket and Princess St in less than two minutes. We also walked it and it...

The wife chose this accommodation from reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed, very friendly staff, rooms comfortable, lovely breakfast, good location to the city buses stop out the front. Nothing was to much trouble for our host right down to my two perfectly cooked boiled eggs and soldiers. Thanks for a great stay.

I was only over for the night at this location, the room was adorable with curtains above the bed, very quaint and pretty, there was meant to be wine we understood at check - which we never found but beyond that it was a comfortable room, soft bed, lovely little B&B all in all albeit a little further out from...

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was just great. Nice and cosy, good service, nice spaceious and clean rooms, and easy access to city centre. This is not a five star top of The class hotel, but exellent value for money and highly recommendable for an Edinbourgh trip with friends.
