Fantastic location and very easy to get to via airport on tram. Opposite York place which is last stop. Reception staff also fantastic and checked booking via phone prior to arrival with warm greetings upon arrival. Negatives were cold breakfast and very slow/ troublesome free...More

Perfectly located close to train, bus, taxis, shopping district, and much more. It was a great landing spot after long touristy days. The staff was extremely accommodating and charming. The only thing that drove us mad was the incredibly inaccessible wifi.More

Unsure about the fitness suite but parking is heavily discounted for hotel guests at the Omni Centre QPark car park - take the parking token to the hotel and they'll validate it for you. Cost us £5 for almost 24 hours.
