We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Joon and Peter! The price might be a bit high (I always look for low price with good quality/reviews), but it was really worth it. Breakfast was so plentyful, we did not need to have lunch. Joon also had no problems catering for my lactose intolerance. They are located a nice walk from the...

My daughters organised a trip to Edinburgh Festival as a special birthday present for me. There was plenty of room for the three of us to share the very spacious bedroom and Joon and Peter made us so welcome. Joon is a wonderful hostess, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was a delight. The accommodation is within walking distance...

My mom and I planned a mother-daughter vacation to Edinburgh because it has been my mother's dream to go to Scotland. We found this Bed & Breakfast accidentally, but I'm so glad we did! First of all, I can't say enough kind words about our hostess Joon! She was a fantastic cook, knew all of the places to go and...

Booked this for my mum who was visiting Edinburgh. Can't speak highly enough of the hospitality she received. The room was great; really big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Loads of fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast tailored exactly for you. Joon really is a great host. It's in a lovely spot too. 15 min walk to the city...

This is so much more than one would expect from a B&B, so many personal touches from Joon, our host, made our stay memorable. The warm welcome helped calm after a long journey and every need was catered for. The bed so comfortable and the quiet location contributed to a restful sleep. Breakfast was delicious, the quality was apparent and...

A lovely quiet room in one of Edinburgh's typical grand terraces, and Joon is a gracious hostess who gives a fascinating insight into issues of the day in Scotland. Delicious breakfasts, and a wonderful location for either walking to the Old Town or exploring the architectural pleasures of the West End and the foodie delights of Stockbridge! This particular area...

This felt like our very own home from home for the weekend we stayed. Host Joon went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable and looked after as possible. The room itself is spacious and with touches of luxury - so you have the best of both worlds in terms of home comforts and easy access to the...

I was travelling through Edinburgh with my partner on a recent trip, and was recommended this B&B by a friend. The atmosphere was very cosy and home like, and myself and my partner were made so welcome by our host, June. The B+B is in a quiet street of its own, but within walking distance to all local pubs, bars...

Hosts Joon and Peter could not be more gracious. Warm greeting. Fresh flowers. Generous gourmet breakfast. (Bath towel heaters!) And a spacious room. If you want a personal connection to Edinbburgh, start here. We are coming back!
