If this is travelodges idea of trying to catch up with premier inn then its almost comical Tacky blue carpets and a kids bedroom decor scheme for the rooms looked cheap and probably were. Room ok size but not as good or as comfy as a premier inn .miles from edinburgh city centre . Limited parking managed to park on...

Room, clean, staff over and above the normal customer service, very helpful with information. We stayed in the highest attic room, it had a high up window so I couldn't look out of it but the room grew on me the more we were there. Staff noticed we were hot as we had left the window open and they provided...

Food in the restaurant was a bit expense. Needs a bit of improvement, fish and chips - fish used seemed the frozen types, fresh would be better, same for chicken burger. Water pressure in the shower could be better, but I'm not complaining much! Overall a very good stay, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it...

We stayed 3 nights in the Easter hols, family room. Found the help and welcome from the front desk excellent. Genuinely friendly. Room clean and comfy. We were on the front and the sound from the road was not noticeable. Location great. Big Sainsbury opposite with various other shops. Breakfast- good usual choice, toast/ cereal, croissants, hot items, yoghurts, fruit....

Used the room to prevent a long drive to Edinburgh for race and being just outside the city centre meant it was pretty decently priced. Shops and supermarket just across the road so anything you've forgotten can be purchased. Room was clean and facilities were as advertised. Shower worked well. Not much parking available but centre across the road would...
