My family has stayed at Kelly's on four separate occasions & have never been disappointed. Tony is the consummate host- always friendly & knowledgeable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to City Centre via bus. The available parking was a godsend. The rooms a clean & well appointed & the breakfasts were excellent. Great location, near the center. Comfortable and quiet room. Free parking. Wonderful english breakfast with every kind of food in the lovely dining room overlooking the beautiful garden. Hosts very helpful.

The guesthouse is located at the outer areas of Edinburgh. Nevertheless it is very well connected due to the bus stations which are around 10 meters from the entry door of the guesthouse.
