It may not the best place ever but this is one of the places where you get for what you pay! The location is ok, particularly if you are travelling from the airport. Lots of buses to go to the city centre in less than 12 minutes, so the location is ok but you won't get to the city centre...

Stayed here Saturday 6th May for one night in a twin room. The single beds were smaller than a single. Above the shower the ceiling looked like it was about to cave in and was covered in mould the wallpaper was falling of the wall. The toilet ran for over 10 mins after flushing. The base of my bed had...

We had booked and paid for three rooms. We rang the night before to make sure everything was in order and to let them know what time we'd be arriving. When we arrived we were told that there was a problem and only two of the rooms were available and that we had not paid. After having to prove that...

This guest house has been improved considerable from reading previous reviews. went with an open mind. Only need a bed for a few nights. Was greeted by a young lady, who was very polite but lacked customer service. Shown our room, very surprised as was clean and nicely made up and warm. We did ask to be shown how to...

I turned up at 3am from the airport as advised and the PIN number to access the door had been changed. This should have been my clue things were going to go bad. I called the manager and was advised that the hotel was overbooked and that they had emailed me to Advil my booking was cancelled. Eh I was...

Worst Guest House/ Hotel ever stayed in. Did not fulfil on promises. No WIFI and evidently the hotel know this as at check in was told it does not work on the lower floor. Bed felt as if it was ready to collapse at any moment, although clean but full of holes. One soft pillow. Kettle had to hold finger...

Customer service non-existent. Arrived early and finally got access after calling number provided. So far so good. Downhill from then on. Broken promises and evasiveness when I tried to get my room number. There is supposed to be a manager there from 1pm to 5pm. No-one turned up. I gave up after 3 hours of having to explain the situation...

Dreadful place, no-one to check in with, room cold dark and dingy, wifi did not work, two teabags only for a 2 night stay, only one thin cheap pillow on bed, keys did not work properly, three or four attempts needed, had to stand for 5 minutes flicking the kettle back on as it kept switching itself off. I run...
