Have stayed at St. Conan's when the Fringe Festival is on for 9 Years! And, wouldn't go anywhere else! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great breakfast and location. Jimmy, Laura, Dom' and the other staff are just brilliant. The sort of value and welcome that every guest wants. Part of the Edinburgh experience!

After a last minute change of plan, I was recommended this guesthouse as it was close to the city centre and quality accommodation. Upon my arrival in the late evening I was greeted by Jim with a handshake and a very warm welcome. The guesthouse overall was immaculate, as was the room. After a challenging day at work the previous...

Third time of staying at St Conans. Central location with bus service 2nd to none. Always very clean, breakfasts very good and good sized bedrooms. Jim is a gem and always ready to provide information etc. To our mind, this is the best B&B for value/location/hospitality in Edinburgh!!.

St Conan's came recommended by family friends and has been our sole guest house since. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, cooked breakfasts, walking distance from the city centre and well-served by bus if you want to relax.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, delicious breakfast and delightful hosts. The owners could not have been more helpful. Very good value for a central Edinburgh location, with off-street parking. I can't think of anything negative to say about it.

We have stayed at this guest house several times and never been disappointed. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. Jim is very amiable and informative. There is parking available and I recommend leaving your vehicle there and walking or travelling by bus into the city. We will be back.

The family room was perfect for us - peaceful, spacious and quiet. Immense breakfast - try the full scottish at least once :) Left car for full trip in secure park at back of house. Easy/quick connection into town by bus. We walked back from town a few times through the studenty southside and it took about twenty minutes. We'll...
