We picked Browns due the excellent reviews on trip advisor, and we weren't disappointed. We initially thought that it was expensive, however after staying there I'm really glad that we did. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, and we were welcomed with a personal tour and a glass of Single malt, which went down very well!...

We have just returned from a lovely three night stay at Browns Bed & Breakfast in Edinburgh. We originally stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it so much it was an easy choice to book again. The whole place had been re decorated, again to the highest standard with lots of nice little touches that make a difference....

I will start with the positive things. The location of the b&b is excellent. A 10 minute walk from the York square tram stop. Upon arriving I was welcomed by the owners, who are the most friendly people. The rooms are very nice and clean and full of amenities. I was even offered a glass of whisky. Breakfast is made...

In GB we've had it all - super cozy little rooms, breakfast, no breakfast, big but sterile rooms - and the one old, dusty, kind of disgusting hotel room. The Browns B&B is the first category - you come in, you feel cozy and taken care of. Lovely owners (I had a Game of Thrones Feeling when the husband of...

We just spent 3 nights in Brown's It was excellent. Marian and Norrie could not be better. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms and house were spotless. They have thought of everything and have put a lot of very useful things in each room. Very handy to centre and lots of good restaurants close by. Playhouse is two minutes walk away....

Stayed two nights. We were more than thrilled to find the room tastefully decorated and very clean! A delicious breakfast was served at private tables in a beautiful breakfast area. Norman and Marion are friendly, helpful hosts. We would definitely stay there again!
