great location with great views over the estuary. No ground floor so the bar and reception is elevated and enables a good view with huge glass windows giving maximum view. A surprisingly good nights sleep in a very comfy bed!

2 nights here whilst attending a conference. We asked for a twin however on arrival found we had a double. When we spoke to reception they sent someone up and made up the sofa bed in the room which was very comfy. Room nice although had no wardrobe just hangers but was OK for just 2 nights. Breakfast OK but...

This gets a VG from me because the bed was so comfortable. The small radiator was not very effective and I'd think twice about staying here in the winter. But otherwise all good - effective shower, wifi, decent enough breakfast, central location. Biscuits would have been nice with the in-house tea and coffee.

One of the typical Express hotels, with standard services. I stayed there for 4 nights in double room and it was just right. Hotel has good location near city centre, easy to reach train and bus terminal. I was little disappointed with poor breakfast, there were simply lack of choices.

This is a lovely hotel, ideal location and very comfortable, clean rooms. I found it a little noisy at times, I think we were in a room where there must have been some sort of certainly heating between the walls as there was a lot of creaking, it definitely wasn't our neighbours. Nice breakfast with fruit, beans, sausages and scrambled...

This hotel is a perfect location for a city break. Right in the heart of the shops and bars and resteraunts. Staff great, Stephen and Dora especially. Car park very reasonable for a city hotel too. Would return. The Discovery can be seen from the hotel bar if you like your history. Broughty ferry beach ten minutes away, worth a...

Myself and my daughter have just returned from a stay at the above mentioned hotel, the room itself was nice, small but cosy enough...
