The most comfortable bed you could wish for! Lovely B&B in the centre of Melrose. Friendly hosts and very helpful. Great breakfast with a range of dishes to choose from. Happy to do an early breakfast as we had a bus to catch. Very quiet at night.

Very friendly and helpful couple own and run this guesthouse ,which is in a one way street next to the Post Office and very near restaurants and pubs for eating in the evening. Everything was of the highest quality and we would happily stay there again. Parking can be a little difficult in the street outside but is free in...

I was in the downstairs room at the front which is very comfortable. It is sizeable and has none of the headroom issues others have highlighted. The bathroom is halfway up the main stairs, which is not ideal. The location, close to the Abbey and just one street away from the High Street could not be better.

Lovely B&B. Central location. We had the top room and the bathroom was spacious and great to have a bath. But as bedroom was in roof space even I at 5ft tall could only stand up straight in one place in the room. Tall people would have problems. Storage of bikes was in the open garden which is not suitable...

Could be a lovely b&b but think twice if you are travelling with bikes or want to make an early start to your day. When I booked I was told there would be somewhere undercover to leave our bike, however it took a long while to persuade the owner to put it in their shed, we wouldn't have been so...

Lovely b&b in a nice little town. Our room was lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. The only downside was our shower wasn't very powerful so it was difficult washing my hair. Jennifer that was looking after the b&b was lovely and helpful it really was a great place to stay on our first 2 nights of our trip...

My daughter and I stayed here when walking the Southern Upland Way. The room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast certainly set us up for a day's walk, delicious. The hosts were friendly. It is also located close to all amenities.

Great family run B&B right next to Melrose Abbey. Very doggy friendly. The room we had (first floor) was obviously quite recently renovated and was lovely. Nice wee TV too. Breakfast very tasty and really filling as well, proper quality produce. I'd definitely recommend a visit here.
