We book Room 5 which is a large at the front of the house with a large bay window that gives excellent view of the Oban, the sea and islands. Room 5 also has a large roll top bath that has the same excellent views. You are welcomed with a wee dram or a sherry , a nice touch. Great... More

If you are going to Oban, this is the place to stay. From walking in to the smell of fresh flowers and a greeting from the owner (who offered us two whiskies!) He politely carried our luggage up the stairs whilst explaining some of the hotels policies. The room we stayed in was number 10, which was a family room.... More

Please don't hesitate to book a stay here. A lovely welcome from Colin. The rooms are spotless and up to a very high standard. The breakfasts are fabulous, the best porridge I have ever eaten! The pancakes were out of this world and served by two happy cheerful ladies who could not do enough to look after us. The view... More

We spent two nights here on a short break taking in the area around Oban. The hotel is ideally situated looking over the Kerrara Sound and only ten minutes walk away from the town centre and harbour area. The owner, Colin, welcomed us on arrival and gave us a short but comprehensive explanation of the arrangements in the hotel. We... More

Awesome b&b, everything was perfect. We had to leave early in the morning so we had to skip breakfast, so our very friendly hosts made us special lunch boxes, and we didnt even ask for them! Scottish hospitality at its best! Also: I had haggis in the morning! Awesomeness in Oban! Will come back for sure. Tx Collin! Othman from... More

Just a short walk from the town but far enough away from the business. Went with another couple for a three night stay. Both rooms had a sea view, large with ample storage. Ours had a large ensuite with a shower. Our friends room had no shower but a luxurious bathroom with a roll top bath with a view. Their... More

A warm welcome and perfect accommodation after driving from Skye. The room, bed and bathroom were of a very high standard and coped with the unusually warm weather without a feeling of stuffiness. Lovely views and just far enough from the town centre to afford a bit of peace and quiet after short stroll. Great private parking for those with... More

good location on the seafront, offered a welcome dram when we arrived and really nice room at the back in the new part. host was welcoming when we arrived. did feel like it was a little over efficient with the amount of rules etc, but we were wet and tired on motorbikes so probably just struggling to take them in... Great location. We stayed only one night as we were on our way to Skye and wanted to cut the drive in half. We had a small room in the back of the house but we were well aware of this since we were notified by email by the owners. The room was nice and clean. Bed was really comfy!!The... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed very comfortable accommodation in a great location on the esplanade and close to restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and to the rear of the house (this was made very clear to us before we booked so we knew there was no sea view). The staff were all very friendly... More
