Just back from spending 2 nights here. Small, friendly, great breakfasts. Clean and comfortable rooms, modern bathroom. Small terrace, where you can sit out if you are a smoker, lovely views over Oban bay. Only downside WiFi came and went. Would definitely recommend.

We only stayed one night during the summer holidays after coming back from Mull but this hotel was happy to let for a single night in peak season. The accommodation was clean and had what you need after a hot day's driving, a comfy bed, shower and TV. They also put my in-laws up at short notice due to a...

Travelling through Scotland and lucky to find a room in Oban, we had not realised how popular Scotland would be this summer! A traditional hotel with very helpful and professional staff. Room clean and comfortable, only 10 minutes walk from centre with restaurants. Good breakfast and lovely view over the harbour. The shower a little small and not quite up...

This is an older and somewhat funky place, but in a good way. They accomodated our large group, and we had a great lounge area to gather and talk about our day after hours. Great breakfast food and the service wonderful. The ensuite showers were really small but I was glad to have one. The beds provided good sleeping. If...

I loved the atmosphere here. The persons in charge are kind and helpful. The room was clean, no noise, so calm. Wifi was in the diningroom space where locals had their dinner. Breakfast was good and in a nice room.

It appeared that this place was once an old hotel motel and still had a few locals come over at night for a few drinks with the manager/barman. The manager was very friendly and nice. Gave good advice and is a bit of a character. The rooms are a bit old but neat & clean. The shower didnt work very...

While the hotel is small, only about 18 rooms or so it has a great view of the bay and the sound of Kerrera. You need to walk a bit to get into what most call the center of town but that's good too. Once there you can find anything you want..shops, eateries, places and things to see. How about...

Impressive location on a hill overlooking Oban harbour. A good 5 minute walk into town and an easy 10 minute walk back, but use the back roads. We stayed there for 5 nights and loved every minute. While the hotel could use some updating the rooms we had were bright and clean with great views. The staff too were very...

We went to Oban for one night on the spur of the moment and this was one of the few hotels with rooms on a Saturday night. It is in a reasonable location but on a hill - only 10 minutes walk to the town though so not too bad. The room was very small but clean. The bar area...

A major accident on the road to Oban stopped all traffic in and out of town for 7 1/2 hours. Being stuck on the road just two miles from the hotel was frustrating. We had made reservations at one of Oban's fine seafood restaurants, but when it was apparent that we were not going to make it for dinner, we...
