It was a pleasure and a privilege to spend last weekend in Newton Hall with a group of old school friends. Janice and Bill could not have been more hospitable or accommodating despite the fact that we were celebrating and probably spent more time around the house than their usual guests. The building itself has been restored to a very...

Newton Hall Guest Hotel was the least expensive place we stayed during a 2-week tour of Scotland, yet one of the most pleasant and memorable spots. Our room was one of the smallest, yet looked over the loch so the view took you "outside" of the cozy accommodation. I was apprehensive about being so near the roadway, but was not...

This is a great B&B. Located right on the loch and just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town and with easy, convenient parking to the rear in which to unpack cases etc... Nice, friendly greeting from the owners on arrival. Bill was an excellent host and his wife Janice advised that if anything wasn't up to...

Our room overlooked the Loch, and breakfast was delicious. Bill shared the secret to making perfect porridge! You will have to visit them to find out for yourself....

The owner emailed us a week before we were to arrive that he need to be in the hospital, but had a friend of his taking over the running of the Guest House during our stay. I was a little hesitant, but Frank did a great job of running the place, He suggested the George Hotel for dinner and when...

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely fresh, bright, and spotlessly clean Guest House during the Bowfest Festival at Inverary Castle. We had the best view in Inverary overlooking the Loch from the spacious room. Great breakfast and very warm welcome from Bill and Janice.Look forward to returning.
