This hotel is really first class! Staff, food, comfort, clean, friendly, etc; I cannot fault. Leisure centre and Spa also excellent.I would recommend, to anyone especially guests with disabilities, the staff go out of their way to help and please. Will be back!!! Thank you Loch Fyne X

Just returned home following a 2 night stay DB&B. What an absolutely stunning place, right from the moment of our arrival the staff were all very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the Loch and what a fantastic view to wake up to! The evening meals were more... More

Stayed one night d b and b with a Groupon offer. Food notably excellent: breakfast was not usual buffet affair - eggs benedictine was cheerfully provided, even, and the bacon rasher which it included was of superlative taste. Interesting old building. Loch view rooms are in the 'old' part and a bit dated now, but only minor niggle. Ditto the... More

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. Bedroom was reasonable size and the bath was large! The outdoor Jacuzzi is excellent, but the surroundings could perhaps be improved with fairy lights - feels a bit neglected and it is a fantastic facility. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and helpful - definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa three times and thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were very cosy and clean but could perhaps benefit from a revamp in the old section of the hotel. The spa was excellent and the outdoor hot tub is a must. On our most recent... More

We are staying at this hotel for the first time, although we come to Scotland each year on our wedding anniversary. A typical loch side hotel, it has all the charm one would want, not only the food is excellent but the staff(I mean all the staff) are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, the... More

Stayed for 2 nights in early September as part of the "Rejuvenating spa package" and had a lovely time. Although the front desk staff could have been more welcoming the staff overall were really friendly and helpful, particularly those in the spa and restaurant. We asked for a room overlooking the Loch which we managed to get although there weren't... More

6 of us had booked for one night and had received confirmation but when we arrived there was no record of our names and the rooms we were allocated were not as booked. Once this was sorted our stay here was fine, the rooms comfortable and there is a lovely sitting area to relax in. Dinner and breakfast were good... More

Stayed for one night as in Inveraray for best of west festival. Found the hotel to be well maintained with smart modern decor with a nod to the highlands. Free wifi and dog friendly . The only downside was the uncomfortable mattresses, breakfast was wonderful and service was efficient but relaxed. I Would recommend this hotel
