The location and view overlooking the loch was outstanding. The host is great and funny. she prepared a lovely Scottish breakfast which we ate on the porch overlooking the loch. Our bedroom and the bath were comfortable, well appointed, and spotlessly clean.

The host, Seonaid, was enthusiastic and prepared a lovely Scottish breakfast for us. She is a chef but unfortunately was not available to prepare a dinner for us the evening of our stay although it is an option she usually provides. The best part of this B&B is its fantastic view of the loch from the 2nd floor bedrooms and...

I couldn't recommend this bnb enough! Seonaid was the perfect hostess and such a great character. We instantly felt so welcome and comfortable. The bedroom has beautiful views of Loch Fyne - so lovely to wake up to. Seonaid gave us great recommendations of what to do, wouldn't have done half of the things that we did without her. When...

What a fantastic find, this B&B run by Seonaid (a chef) was a last minute stop over en route. 2 great sized rooms with all the facilities you need. (even bath robes) A mix of rustic, eclectic charm, with a lounge to relax/watch telly in etc Full Scottish breakfast served in the conservatory/dining room overlooking Loch Fyne couldn't have been...

We stayed here for one night on our way to islay. The rooms were clean and spacious with amazing views and it was great that our children could be just across the landing. Seonaid was so friendly, brilliant with the kids and cooked a lovely breakfast. A perfect stop off place before continuing our journey to Kennacraig for the ferry...

BnB is ideally located for visiting Invarary. The rooms are decent size very nicely decorated with loads of rustic coastal charm.Seonaid is a fantastic host...

Really lovely lady who makes a great breakfast however the place was not as seen in the photos. We had trouble trying to get the shower to flow with any force instead of drizzling out and the room was cold. The lady was lovely and the breakfast super but £59 is too much in comparison to other places we have...

I'm pleased you enjoyed your breakfast and so sorry you were cold, there is an extra heater in the room for you to warm it up more than the normal heating. Our shower pressure is normal I have checked and is working fine, wish you'd asked for some help with it. Our prices are amount the cheapest in the area...

My wife and I recently spent our first night of a week-long tour of Scotland here with our one-year-old child. After a fair amount of time spent in planes and on the road, were we ever happy to have arrived here! We were immediately made to feel at home and given an excellent tip for dinner. Our room was large,...

Key Points: - Delicious Breakfast Included - Great view - Really helpful host - Small, quiet town It was a great getaway. Seonaid is knowledgeable and helpful. The town is a good jumping off point for hiking and exploring Scotland. The loch is beautiful, and the fish in the local area is amazing. I'll definitely go again.
