Excellent all round; dinner, bed and breakfast. William and Pattie were exceptional hosts, nothing was too much for them! The dining room was very busy during our two night stay and no wonder....the food was excellent!

Went for lunch with family. They had a good menu with a good choice. I had Melon and parma ham to start, others had the soup, very tasty homemade, and a Prawn cocktail which had a hint of heat - maybe Paprika- delicious though. We opted for the Haddock and chips and the Steak pie for mains. Both were delicious, the...

We have tried this place for an evening meal and for launch. It can get really busy for evening meals so it might be best to book. The portions are huge so if you are not a big eater a main course might be enough! The selection is good and the service efficient. Prices are moderate. The selection at lunch...

In our opinion this is the best restaurant in the Fraserburgh area. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Relaxing environment, good service and great food. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked and with a great sauce and followed up with the wisky cheesecake which was fantastic (even though I am not a whisky drinker).

Visited on a Saturday night for a family meal. There was a lovely atmosphere and the restaurant seemed busy. Staff were all very friendly and we received a warm welcome on arrival. However, there was a lack of communication amongst them as we were asked the same questions on several occasions. The menu offers a good selection and serves very...

Stay here a few times a year and food and service is always very good. They have recently upgraded some of the rooms which were a bit dated and now this makes the Heath hill a great place to stay. The owners and staff are very friendly and always leave feeling like you have been looked after. Highly recommended.

Another restaurant “In the middle of nowhere”… Thanks God! The place is characteristic, very crowded and a bit loud, with a large Scotch selection. But the true surprise was to discover and enjoy the Hickory Salmon Plank: a salmon baked on a cedar plank, which makes it juicy and smoky flavor… DE-LI-CIOUS!!!!!!! Price per value: excellent.
