I stayed at the Ibis for one night whilst working in the area. The hotel is situated two minutes from Union Street and there is an NCP car park next door/underneath the hotel. The room was the standard Ibis pod-style which was very clean and more than comfortable enough for one night. The Ibis beds are probably the best hotel...

Arrived to a top floor room with the most fantastic view!!! £43 for a twin room with everything you need for a comfy stay. Bed comfy. Tea and coffee facilities. As stated, amazing view. Very quiet too. Great location for everything. Cannot complain at all. DEFINATELY recommend and would use again

Great location, stayed here just once, but is definitely a step above other ibis hotels I have stayed in. Nice laminate flooring throughout the rooms rather than carpet and nice large windows in the rooms, allowing plenty of light in. Very spacious rooms too with a decent bar area for breakfast and other meals. Would highly recommend staying here if...

My husband and I stayed in the Ibis from 8th to 11th April, 2016. This was our first time in the Ibis and we will certainly be back. We were unable to get booked into the hotel we normally stay in when we are visiting friends and we particularly wanted to be in this area. From the minute we walked...

We had a good stay here and had a comfy room, but be aware there is Parking but you will pay for it as right next door is the NCP Parking which will cost you £11 for the night add this to your room makes it not a cheap night, also staff could do with some people training

Hello, I am sorry you found the parking charge an issue. We do get a good discount for our hotel guests and parking in Aberdeen can tend to be pricey anyway. I am also disappointed that you found our staff to be lacking in people skills. I have just taken over this hotel and am embarking on a customer care...

I stayed here with my 12 year old daughter last night and will never stay again. The gentleman on check in, seemed as if he should not have been there, I said I would decide in the morning if we wanted breakfast and he advised me the price would go up, did not advise on where we had breakfast told...

Good morning. I have read your review in detail and would like to offer my sincere apologies for what amounted to a dreadful experience. I am so surprised to hear of the issues you had with cleanliness and the staff in general as this is not the normal way of things at the Ibis Aberdeen Centre. I would very much...

Stayed here for two nights. Good size of room, clean and quiet. Large shower in a pod style bathroom. Location right across from a VUE cinema, 2 minute walk to bars and shops along Union Street and 5 minute walk to Union Square shopping centre and train/bus station. We attended breakfast quite late the first morning and weren't too impressed...

The Ibis is a modern and relaxed hotel, set in Aberdeen City Centre. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. All staff were friendly. II would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.

I was greeted by friendly gentleman who was the friendliest chap and also very helpful. My other half had spilled wine just a bit on the blanket which I did let them know as I felt bad yet it was not a problem at all. Everything was done with a smile, even after a long shift. Done well Ibis, thank...
