We bought a voucher for afternoon tea here- it's not our first time and it definitely won't be our last. The food was amazing and perfect for afternoon tea. The staff were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and that our tastes were catered for. It was quiet when we went but perfect afternoon tea in the... More

Left standing for 10 minutes whilst they laid a table and moved chairs around. Customer service was very disappointing, a drinks order was taken and one drink was not what was asked for however no one around to... More

Welcoming staff and warm greeting on arrival. Rooms nicely appointed and cosy. Had a bar lunch which was tasty and well prepared. Morning breakfast was freshly prepared to order. Overall a lovely stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic hotel. We only live 10 minutes away, but booked it as a birthday treat. We got an unbelievable deal for dinner, bed and breakfast when we booked direct on line. Warm friendly greeting by reception staff, complimentary room upgrade which I said was a nice birthday surprise. Reception obviously took note of that as we received a... More

Within walking distance to the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. A 19th-century house featuring elegant period details with traditional rooms and a 7-acre garden. Efficient and courteous staff who were always prim and proper. The setting studies, and dining rooms were like a page out of a PG Woodhouse novel. Room rates are moderate tô expensive, but you can get... More
