I only spent one night here, unfortunately but wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms were charming, the owners very friendly and helpful, giving advice about what to see in Aberdeen. The guest house is really well located, near to Union Street and train station. What made us feel particularly welcomed was the hosts' offer to help ourselves to...

The accommodation is charming, very spacious and comfortable and ideally located within walking distance of Union Street. However, what makes a stay here really special is the warm welcome the proprietors give to their guests while still maintaining a sense of professionalism.

Wonderful two night stay at a charming B&B in Aberdeen. First stay, chosen based on previous reviews. Very convenient to rail station, shopping and very walkable to many attractions in Aberdeen. Operated by a very nice and personable couple, who offered many ideas for attractions in town as this was my first visit to the area. Room and facility in...

We stayed at this guest house as we had friends who had stayed there before Christmas and came highly recommended by them and I have to say we weren't disappointed from a very warm greeting on a miserable night to an easy check out ... Our room was great and after a quick chat with the owners we set about...

Neat old house built in the 1840's which always fascinates Americans whose country is so young. Very nice and helpful hosts answered all our questions about good places to eat. They were spot on with their advice. Yummy breakfast in elegant dining room. Thanks for the hospitality.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very clean, tidy and well kept. Great room with large ensuite. Came home every night from work to nice, neat a re-dressed room, it was like being looked after by mum lol. Nice and quiet, perfect for a great night sleep. Would recommend to anybody.

My father and I recently took a last minute spur-of-the-moment trip to the UK, starting in Aberdeen. Fortunately we lucked out with Butler's, as Allen and Sheena were remarkably helpful when it came to accommodating our far from settled travel plans. They really did go well over and above what you'd normally expect and played a big part in making...

I stayed her for 3 nights, awaiting a ferry home to Shetland, in July 2015 in a room at the top of the building, which contained 2 single beds. Booking I made the booking over the phone, leaving my debit card details. The process was simple enough. Welcome I received a warm welcome when I arrived. Having been to Aberdeen...

First visit to Aberdeen, made extra special staying in this wonderful B&B. Four nights, the room was lovely and comfortable, very clean and had everything we could possibly need like tea/coffee, towels, bathrobe, hairdryer etc. Wifi was excellent. Hearty breakfast, and a warm welcome every morning. Sheena and Allen are always happy to help. Ideally situated next to railway/bus station...
