The food is excellent (if you want good food) -- good parking spaces but is in a hotel and feels a bit outdated-- but total experience was very good because of the food. We had the cock a leek Scottish soup, fresh fish and chips, chicken haggis and some black pudding fritters -- all were excellent!

The hotel is quite a bit from Aberdeen city centre - its a bit of a drive. Cove is a very small village nr Aberdeen and the Hotel has a great view situated near the sea. We were actually there ay night time but the window we were sitting at I'm sure has a great view in daylight. There is...

Upon arrival at the hotel, there a minimum of a welcome feeling, it seems all the staff were busy with Valentine meals, I was impressed, I was asked if I wanted a breakfast and agreed to pay the addition £9.95! The hotel was average, but whoever was in the room above me was walking around in their working boots, as...

Have visited this place a few times in the last three years and dont recommend it at all. The decoration is tired. Service is good and food has been really bad, bland and nasty. The most recent time was after Christmas and food was terrible. We were group of 8 people, ordered cullen skink and soup of the day for...

Food as usual was to a good standard. However, we were initially given a poor table when they clearly were not busy. They did move us on request though. We were also charge for the wrong dish and overcharged for the kids meal. Would still go back but just watch the bill.

Big group of us for dinner. Attentive service and good food. Steak pie, fish and chips... it's not haute cuisine but good quality. We'll be back. Lovely view of the sea in the daylight but obviously more limited in the winter.

We booked ahead for a party of 3. Great location with sea-view tables. Lovely varied menu choice to meet everyone's needs. We all enjoyed our meal. Nothing unusal or inspiring but good tasty satisfying food and nicely friendly and attentive service.

My partner and I went here for dinner on Saturday evening. I ordered the steak pie and my partner ordered "chef's special burger, lamb and black pudding". When the burger arrived, we were both surprised to see it had no garnish or sauce... It was literally just the bun and the patty. We were curious whether it was simply forgotten,...
