We had a weekend break to see family and stayed at the Laurels in Omagh. We were greeted on arrival with a warm welcome, taken straight to fabulous rooms, had fast wifi (so the kids were thrilled!), comfortable rooms with Tv and tea/coffee etc... and had an amazing Ulster fry breakfast in the morning. Thoroughly recommend the Laurels to anyone... More

This very well appointed self designed Bed and Breakfast is without doubt the best I have stayed in. My room was spacious and very clean. The en-suiet shower room was spotless and again looked like it had just been plucked out of a high quality brochure. The owners Joyce and Bill were very attentive without being in your face. Breakfast... More

Stayed at The Laurels with lovely hosts Joyce and Bill. They made us very welcome and immediately we felt 'at home'. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. The breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed our stay in such beautiful surroundings - nestled in the countryside. This was our first time staying at The Laurels -... More

The delightful Donnelly's met us at the door of their lovely home tucked into the countryside just south of the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh, Northern Ireland. Mr.Donnelly did most of the remodeling of the home into a guest house himself. Our twin standard room was large, light, and beautifully decorated. Joyce, our hostess, had an appointment early next... The Laurels is a very pleasant, welcoming place to stay. It is spotlessly clean and the room we had was very comfortable and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The house is a short distance out of Omagh but it was in a nice peaceful rural area. I would have no hesitation in recommending... More

Just back from a two night stay here. The room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was first class - nice fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, good choice of cereals followed by a delicious full cooked breakfast. And I really must give a mention to our hosts, Joyce and Billy, who were so friendly and helpful and always had... More

“Go visit the american folk park, really good food at the coach house inn (although service is a bit slow) if you are looking for good food at a cheap price go to the Culmore diner. Closest to the B and B really nice staff here! On the way back from the folk park visit the Ablingdon cars museum (about a mile from the folk park) especially if you are a world war 2 fanatic.”
