If you want a flash back to being a Boy Scout or a school trip then this is the place to stay. Eight of us stayed here on a walking holiday on the Antrim coast.....our age range varied from 12 up to 58. The accommodation was clean and tidy although quiet basic....mattresses a bit thin. However....this was all made up...

Situated on the north coast of Antrim this is the perfect place to base yourself for your northern adventure. Only a stones throw away from the big northern attractions like the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, the Giants Causeway, Bushmills, Dunluce Castle and the Glens of Antrim. The atmosphere is really relaxed it is like staying in somebody's house, chilled out and...

We had a wonderful stay here - we showed up late at night and the staff was so kind and accommodating. We were checked in quickly. The room was great, clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. It was everything we needed.

We recently spent 7 nights at the hostel which is close to the local sights, and has bus service right from the entrance. The hostel offers a variety of room sizes and all are an suite; which is much appreciated by thus traveller. There is a wheelchair accessible room that has a small roll-in shower, but you should bring a...

Walked from Giant's Causeway and along the cliffs and the sands (4 to 5 hours) to a nigh on perfect hostel with a warm welcome and a bus stop for you to leave by if you can ever be persuaded to. Hadn't booked breakfast but after being shown round I was invited to help myself to the 'free' stock at...

Stayed here for 5 days with my family. Really friendly team running the place, clean with lovely huge kitchen with 4 hobs / ovens and plenty of cooking space. Fantastic views. We trekked all over Antrim coast from here - central location. Great value, met some lovely people and would definitely recommend. Our family room was a bit on the...

Accommodation for the first night of my Shamrocker Adventure Tour. The scenery was just spectacular and was almost something out of a fairy tale! Lucious green hills and adorable fluffy sheep in the field next to the hostel. Comfortable accommodations, sturdy bunk beds - stayed in 6 bed mixed room. Breakfast was nothing spectacular - bread for toast was actually...

Stayed here recently with a large group of work colleagues. We were looked after incredibly well, the rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and comfy, with great facilities. We also added on cooked breakfast and a packed lunch - safe to say we ate very well that day! I'd highly recommend if you're staying in the area.

we stayed at sheep island view hostel and found the host welcoming and the facilities simple but clean and perfectly adequate. The surrounds are beautiful. Coastal walks close by, including to Carrick-a-Rede.Rope Bridge. If the weather is good take a cuppa out and sit on a bench looking across the cliffs towards Scotland and a little to the left towards...
