The Gregory is located on a quiet street between two main roads and is convenient to everything you'd want to do in Belfast. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was ample and delicious. What makes this place even more special, however, is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. They arranged a "black cab" tour...

From start to finish a fantastic friendly, comfortable home from home. Warm helpful introduction and information from Ines on reception, superb large room overlooking the garden with good services. Comfortable night followed by delicious cooked breakfast, served by lovely couple who never stopped other than to give great advice about local information! Will definitely return.

I have visited Belfast frequently I knew that the Gregory was situated in the part of town I enjoy -- near Queens but somewhat nestled in a residential street away from roving partiers. This was important as our stay included Paddy's Day. It is also an easy walk to the Botanic Gardens and the Lyric Theatre. During this 3 night-stay,...

It was my first time in UK as well as in Belfast and this place was superb. The house itself is beautiful. The staff were very helpful in telling directions of the places we wanted to go to. The food was also nice. The atmosphere inside the house was very joyful that it made my stay very relaxed.

The Gregory was a pleasant surprise find! The staff we encountered were extremely helpful and attentive! It is in a lovely part of town, still close to shops and restaurants/bars. I definitely will recommend this guesthouse to everyone I know traveling to Belfast!

Stayed for one night in March. Comfortable spacious room for 3. Quiet neighbourhood. Good cooked breakfast. The hotel is near to Queen's University and the Botanical Gardens and on the hop on hop off bus route.

The Gregory is large B&B within what feels like a university neighborhood. It was about a 20-25 minute walk downtown. The Gregory is an older building, but has been well maintained. The staff were very professional and helpful. It proved to be a fair to good value and less expensive than other options we considered. There is off street parking.
