My husband and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at the Merchant. A beautiful hotel with charming friendly helpful staff. Food was very good. Our room was beautiful. Very spacious and everything that you need! Location is excellent for the city centre with everything only a walk away.

My husband and I stayed at the Merchant Hotel in Belfast for two nights October 22-24, 2014. This is a very convenient hotel in center city Belfast with a great staff. We were able to walk to the Titanic exhibit even though it was about a 20 minute walk along the river. It was also convenient to restaurants, bars and...

My Mum, sister and I went for a 2 night break for my Mums 60th Birthday and what a break it was! On arrival our car was taken away and parked for us and our luggage taken to our room. The room was an Art deco room with x2 double beds with sofa, seats, tea and ground coffee facilities. The...

I stayed here for one night with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite... Oh my god! I have never had such a glamour our room before! It was beautiful. Very stylish, art decor themed with lovely little touches such as the vanity desk in the wardrobe, the roll-top bathroom...

This is a beautiful hotel but book according to your taste. We were booked into the Victoria side, which was grand, but dark. Our friends were on the art deco side which was more modern, with cool finishes. We tried to switch but were unable. Still comfortable and beautiful, just older and a strange configuration of hallways in the Victoria...

I booked the 'Celebrate in Style' package for my husband's 50th birthday. We had visited the hotel before but never for an overnight stay. Sheer luxury!! We had a fantastic time from the moment we arrived. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the art deco room was probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. We had...

We were booked for this hotel on our trip to Ireland. I looked it up on Google's street view to check it out. I wasn't too sure because the outside of it looked a bit industrial looking. What a pleasant surprise when we got there. It is decorated very 1920's art deco and is first class all the way. The...

What an amazing interior. I went here for cocktails on a recent trip to Belfast. It is a beautiful place with a great list of drinks. They are not the cheapest but well worth a visit before a night out.
