This hotel is in the centre of Belfast and fabulous location. The rooms are basic and quite small - if you are sharing with people who you don't really know it can be quite stressful. The shower isn't in another room of its own so everyone in the room can see you showering. The toilet is like a cupboard. There...

Myself and two other stayed stayed here for one night The staff where very friendly and helped us whenever we had an issue The room was small, bit big enough that we did not feel cramped. We did not spend a whole lot of time there. Breakfast was grand. Small selection but enough you could not really complain I have...

3 of us stayed here last week. Each member of staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and friendly. I was worried about noise levels from the nearby bar, but it was fine.We did find the room design strange, there was no lock on the toilet door and toilet space was quite small, shower consisted of a frosted door...

It is centrally located, and really good value for money, but the room feels a bit like a hospital because it has a grey easy to clean floor and a sink inside the room. The toilet is in a small separate cubicle (without a sink) and the shower in another separate cubicle... which is a bit strange as because they...

Next to a night club, very loud music all night. The staff at the hotel are friendly and offered me complimentary ear plugs, however even with them it was like trying to sleep in a night club. This would beg rest for young people who want to party coming back after all the noise but to explore the city, I...

This is a basic, no frills hotel in an excellent location with wonderful friendly staff. It could be improved with the addition of shower gel and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms at very little cost. This is perhaps something the hotel should review and I'm sure in time the new management will have this in place. All...

We checked in to the etap on a Friday afternoon, although we were early the lady at reception checked to see if there were any free rooms so we can check in there and then, there was and we were promptly given our card and info about the hotel. The room itself was very nice. Small but nice. The toilet...

Stayed here for two nights as we had tickets for shows as Christmas presents. Cheap and maybe not so cheerful. The entrance to the hotel left a lot to be desired. Broken glass on the pavement. A good brush and scrub down would have helped. The area where the tea/coffee machine was was somewhat untidy. The bins were full and...

I paid €99 for two nights at the Etap Hotel (formerly the Ibis). It is only a two star but perfectly adequate. I feel for the price we paid, it was very good value. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is however no tea / coffee in the rooms...
