Wow, some of the reviews about the cleanliness are awful. All I can say is we had the quad bed room (#54) high on almost the fourth floor. facing the street. It was new and clean and modern. The four twin beds were crisp and the mattresses were new and clean. The shower had great water pressure and hot water....

Went here to stay with my friends for the night. Got there and the place was filthy. The reception area, halls, bathrooms, bedrooms and carpets where beyond disgusting. The beds where dirty and broken and there was poo all over our toilet in our room. I was appalled!! I said to the manager at reception her name was Silvia, she...

First of all I want to state that when it says parking available it is not private parking it is on the street. So people need to be careful when leaving their car. Stayed here with my husband and I will not be staying again. Place is like a maze to find your room and when you do rooms are...

The worst place I have EVER encountered. DO NOT BOOK HERE The bed was covered in hairs. I mean the inside was filthy. Great staff, great location. The breakfast provided was fantastic however the mattress was so thin you could feel the base every time you moved and the shared bathroom shower was shocking. Had cold showers and sleepless nights however the room and building itself was lovely.... A mix reaction in all.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. We needed to leave Belfast by late evening and the staff were very kind to allow us to use the lounge till late evening where we could have tea and coffee. The room was nice with a proper temperature that made it comfortable. The hotel is located in an excellent area...

Stayed here a few times, very impressed on each trip. The rooms are really clean and spacious. Have been here with my partner and my mates, caters for all groups. The breakfast is good and there are plenty of near by shops and bars etc.

So I thought I'd re submit a review of this place as my last one was removed. This is an overpriced hostel. My mattress was stained all over both sides. The base of the bed had been repaired multiple times with odds and sods of wood. The sheet was too small so when you awoke you are face in the...
