We stayed at this interesting hotel based on a recommendation of an author friend who stayed there for an extended period. No question that a boutique hotel like this is not my usual first pick but I respect the woman and went ahead with plans. Rough start when we arrived as we discovered that hotel has very few parking spots...

We spent a night here in October for an Anniversary celebration and were treated so well. The staff went to great trouble with prosecco, chocolates and a room upgrade strewn in rose petals! All in all our stay was great - rooms are lovely, staff were great and breakfast was very good. However I was surprised at thequality of the...

I stayed here for one night over the xmas market period. It was lovely! The service throughout the hotel was professional and very helpful! The rooms were so cosy and inviting! The bar food was brilliant and at very good prices too! The xmas markets were just outside the door of the hotel so very handy! Was a perfect hotel...

We have not eaten here for quite a while due to our last experience which lacked service. However on this visit we were pleasantly surprised. The young waiter who attended to us was great. The food was fab. But special mention must go to Darryl in the bar who made a lunch in ten square end up in a afternoon...

I attended a charity event week before last that had at least 100 patrons spending a lot of money on alcohol and food. The bar staff in particular are the rudest and most obnoxious lot I have ever encountered and are a disgrace to Belfast's hotel industry. I am not surprised that this poorly run establishment is in liquidation. Food...

We strongly refute this review. We take seriously our duty of care towards the safety of our guests, diners and employees and will remove from our hotel those individuals who choose to use abusive language and behavior towards other patrons or staff. This matter is currently under investigation by the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

Have just spent two nights at the Ten Square. The rooms are beautiful we had the good fortune to have stayed in the Linenhall Suite, beautiful room, comfortable beds, huge bathroom and lots of storage and dressing space. The bar was great, lovely cocktails. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to...

My friend and I had Groupon voucher for Lunch with a glass of Prosecco. We were seated promptly and the staff were pleasant and efficient. The Prosecco was delicious and iced water with lemon was also provided. We both opted for the Bang Bang Chicken with chunky chips. The chicken was lightly battered with sesame seeds and stir fried leaves...

I took advantage of the dinner, bed and stay rate. The food was delicious, wide choice and the biggest dessert menu i have ever seen. The room was beautiful and we had a view of the city hall. The service was excellent and the champagne on arrival was a lovely Suprise. My only criticism would be that there was no...
