I had just showered and couldn't get the hairdryer working. I rang reception and they asked me to do a few checks and when it didn't work they said they would send someone up. Someone arrived within 2minutes and fixed the issue. I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

Myself and my partner stayed here one night for a concert in the SSE. The hotel is located well enough that we could easily walk to the concert. The rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and we had no problems checking in or out. I would definitely stay here again

stayed here in a group of 7. Arrived at 11am. One room was ready so we could put all our luggage in there when we went out. We had drinks in the evening which were the usual hotel prices. Breakfast in the morning was self service and again provided really good value We were late checking out but I rang...

We stayed here for a couple of nights while sightseeing. The room wifi didn't work until we got extra help from downstairs. Staff were very pleasant throughout. Our room was chilly throughout and I didn't see any temperature controls. We requested a double bed but it was two beds joined together so not the most comfortable. It's a handy location...

Had a mid-week stay here and it is by far the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Rooms were large and spotless, staff friendly, food reasonably priced and despite a fire alarm going off first thing in the morning had a great nights sleep, well worth the money and definitely up there with the best 4* hotels I...

I stayed here at the Holiday Inn on Hope Street for five days recently. It's in a good location for shopping, and touring Belfast on the open top tourist bus. The meals are nice, nothing spectacular, but nice enough. Every evening I had soup for starter, some evenings the soup was lovely and hot, other evenings it was warm. Some...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business in the city. Reception welcoming no efficient. Rooms fairly spacious and very clean with good bed and very nice bed linen. Breakfast buffet good, with decent selection. Bar area a bit sterile, but okay as hotel lobby. Restaurant okay in evening, but fairly limited menu. Nit an issue as plenty of...

First time staying at a Holiday Inn chain, couldn't have been more surprised, always thought of Holiday Inn as on Parr with Premier Inn etc, far from it! Hotel is situated ok, there are better placed hotels, but honestly you wont find better value for money in Belfast than this hotel, genuinely couldn't find a fault with the hotel, room...
