We stayed for 2 nights in December and were thoroughly impressed by everything this hometel had to offer. Staff went above and beyond from the minute we walked through the door and could not have been more helpful - from early check in to supporting with technical issues. The room was fashionably decorated and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed during our stay. There were laundry facilities and a mix of casual seating spaces in the lobby. We loved the games on offer here such as Jenga and Checkers. We used Winnie’s Cafe downstairs for hot chocolate which was delicious and the bar had a great atmosphere at night with live music and a DJ. The decor was stylish with a nod to sustainability in the furniture and accessory choices. The location was perfect and within walking distance to shops and the events we had booked at St Anne’s Cathedral and the Waterfront Hall. We felt it was great value for money and offered a clean, fresh, chic base for our Belfast adventure.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Myself and 2 friends shared a loft room and we had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we were living on top of one another.

The room had a great addition of a sofa area, table and kitchenette. The beds were lovely and comfy. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, such a great variation of food and drinks. Thankyou so much to Scott & the team for an amazing breakfast.

The hotel itself is in a great location. 10 minute walk from the bars in the Cathedral Quater and equally as close to more traditional Irish pubs such as Kelly’s Cellar & Fibber Macgees!

The staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Great late check out time of 2pm meant that we didn’t have that awful morning rush to get out of the room for 10am - especially after a heavy night the previous day! Our flight home wasn’t until the evening and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave all our belongings in the luggage store room, it was great knowing that we could leave out baggage securely and enjoy our last day in Belfast!

Myself and my two friends would definitely return to Rooms 2 Belfast!

Thankyou for an amazing stay!

This hotel is a fab new experience in the heart of Belfast city centre. So close to all the shops. We stayed here with our young family of 5 and what a stay we had.
Walking through the doors, WOW, in awe of the quirky decoration, cosy atmosphere and a very warm friendly welcome from Aine at reception.
Our room was on the 4th floor, a loft room, with enough beds for all, even a loft bed, which our youngest absolutely loved spending the night in. His own space and adventure. There was a beautifully kitted out kitchenette, with a little box of bits and bobs to keep the children occupied, along with some extra treats. The beds and the bathroom were spotless and it was very quiet during the night. One thing I absolutely loved was the smell of the fabulous soap and shampoo and conditioner, Doers from London. the décor was all about sustainable living and eco friendly materials had been used throughout. There was live music in the evening and the kids even got brought bowls of crisps and popcorn at the rest areas/ bar area. After a comfortable nights sleep we went for breakfast in Winnies Café on the ground floor. There was a buffet with a cooked breakfast or pastries, yoghurts, fruit, toast, and cereals on offer. The children enjoyed the copious amounts of hot chocolate for breakfast also. We went on our own tour off the hotel after, looking inside the large gym and various function rooms on the 1st floor. The art gallery beside reception showcases some of the best local art also.
Overall this hotel is brilliant and credit to the staff for making it so welcoming, and secure, they couldn't do enough to make our stay any more amazing. The children were made to feel part of their stay and the quirky design intrigued us all. We will def be back soon, as a tea drinker i need to try Rosie Lees tea room also in the hotel for some serious tea drinking or Christmas shopping. The children were sad to leave. Big thankyou to the team, a great experience for us all. Great new hotel. All the best for the future.

Myself and daughter stayed in a loft room on Saturday night. We arrived late and rescued a lovely welcome from the night staff. Our first impression was that the place looked amazing. The decor is so trendy and there is a lovely new smell in the place.

When we got to our room we were delighted. It was spotless and beautiful, after a long day of travelling the bed looked so inviting. We freshened up with a shower, there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were so soft and thick.

The bed was so comfortable, along with the pillows and duvets. My daughter loved the novelty of the single bed up behind the double bed and that should could pull a curtain across for a little privacy.

The kitchenette was so modern. There was a variety of tea bags and coffee, and there was a little glass bottle you could bring down the cafe to fill with milk of your choice from the cafe downstairs. On the table, there was a bowl with 3 bars of organic chocolate. There was also a little box with colouring pencils, games and a deck of cards in it, such a nice touch.

Checkout time is 2pm, which gives you extra time to enjoy the room, we didn't want to leave. When we went downstairs, we could see one of the cleaning ladies working very hard cleaning the walls and skirting boards, this shows how much effort goes into keeping the place spotless, she greeted us with a lovely warm smile. There was a man playing guitar and singing in the bar, we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the atmosphere. The girl at the reception desk was lovely and friendly and very helpful.

We had a look around the bar and cafe area before leaving and it was very impressive. There was a water dispenser with lemons and limes in it.

We are returinf in 2 weeks time and can't wait.

Spent 3 nights here with my Husband and our friends, we had an Excellent time. The Hometel rooms are stunning🤩staff are very friendly, attentive providing an excellent service. The attention to detail and sustainability is 100% nothing has been over looked, nothing from here is sent to landfill at all with all rooms having zero waste recycling box. The Gym was great with machines, free weights and yoga mats for your use. Also very handy with the washing machines available for you to wash any needed clothing. The Art Gallery was a lovely extra touch with local artists able to showcase their pieces. Overall we would stay again and highly recommended it to our friends and families to stay, especially with the location also being on point.

This is a lovely hotel with regards to the decor and how they've utilised every free space. Also their staff were so friendly and helpful.
That being said I was disappointed when I saw the size of their standard double room. It was the smallest room I'd ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of city hotel's. I can't fault the decor of the room or its bathroom as they were were lovely and spotless but to be charged €188 for the size of the room I thought it was very overpriced. It was barely suitable as a single room never mind a double.
The other problem we had was at breakfast which we were told was served till 10am. However when arrived down to breakfast at 9.35 there was no hot food left and barely anything that constituted a continental breakfast. They obviously don't restock after a certain point but if you say breakfast is served till 10 you should have a breakfast available till 10!
We had a lovely trip to Belfast but I doubt we'll be staying here again.

A very special place brilliantly located in the centre of Belfast with a bus from City airport within walking distance as are many of the sights and points of interest. Staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly helping make this hotel really feel like a home from home. With a cosy feel as soon you enter the lobby, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the staff and the immaculate and homey interior design.

The rooms are designed with you in mind and details such as a canvas bag to use for your local shopping have been thought of as well as iron and ironing board if needed. Such a good night's sleep and happy stay! Will be back again soon to explore all that Belfast has to offer with its unique nightlife and food spots.

This hotel has to be the most welcoming and homely hotel I’ve stayed in! The rooms are so well planned out and all the small details really make it. We stayed in one of the beautiful suites up on the 8th floor where the view was lovely! Along with a perfect rainfall shower with the most luxurious shampoo conditioner and body soap available in it, comfy sofa and huge bed 😍 we had the best nights sleep! Thanks to esa and Barbara who set the room up for my birthday surprise with balloons, banners and even a very cute elephant out of towels on the bed! These girls are the best at what they do!!
The cocktails are delicious and very reasonably priced 😋
The location of the hotel is amazing, all staff were so helpful and chatty felt like I knew them for ever!
Room2 I can’t wait to come back again ❤️

Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Belfast. The staff went out of their way to make us extremely welcome & our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Nathan Michael & Ali. Our room was fabulous with a bunk bed above our kingsize bed.I know kiddies would love it. There was fully functional kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave & hot plate & any equipment you need.
There was just so many lovely touches. The Belfast sink in the bathroom. The box of Bits & Bobs for the kids or kids at heart. The music references on the bathroom wall for Belfast musical heritage. & City Hall drawing on our wall , the linen lampshades downstairs. The wee milk bottle to get you favourite type fresh from the bar. Sustainable ethos was strong with proper recycling bins in the room, the milk bottle, the hessian bag for use shopping & the beautiful reception desk. The gorgeous staircase is a wonderful showcase in the lobby. For Tea Lovers like me - check out the Tea Room where there’s every every blend you can dream off.
We had an amazing stay & can’t wait for our next visit.
