I promised these nice people a review quite a while ago, but I am just now following through. This B and B is an excellent place for a visit to Belfast. Wonderful room and an excellent breakfast. The family is very friendly and helpful.

HI R Bruce, Yes as Mike H mentioned we don't normally have weather like this in Belfast, not since the 70s anyway! So no air-con, but we do have some fans for the rooms on the upper floors. Best, Old Rectory
