I had pre booked the accommodation well in advance. We had with us an 87 year old lady, who could not climb stairs easily. Her bedroom had been organised to be on the second floor. We had not informed of her disability beforehand. The hostess...More

My mother, father, husband, and I stayed at this wonderful B&B while we toured Belfast. It may have been our favorite place during our three week holiday in Ireland. We are vegetarians, and the breakfast actually had lovely options for us. Our room was clean...More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a fab review. We're delighted that our recommendations came in handy and that you found 'lovely options' on our vegetarian/ vegan breakfast menu. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon. Safe travels!

Praise is simply superfluous in writing about a stay at the Old Rectory. I stayed here last month when my wife was undergoing an operation at a nearby clinic and Aine & family could not have been more helpful. The breakfasts are unforgettable as well!

The Old Rectory Guesthouse is a beautiful establishment with lovely and well appointed common areas. I stayed in the Belvedere June 20-23 and found the room to be spotless, comfortable, and even with the window open, quiet and restful. The Guesthouse is beautifully situated in...More

HI R Bruce, Yes as Mike H mentioned we don't normally have weather like this in Belfast, not since the 70s anyway! So no air-con, but we do have some fans for the rooms on the upper floors. Best, Old Rectory
