Having stayed there before and felt well looked after, we chose it again because as others have said, it's central and convenient. Having said that, the numerous poor tripadvisor reviews gave us concern. Anyway; first time we stayed the hotel staff were very good and the food was nice, but the room was tatty. This time the room was nice,...

The hotel was in a really nice part of town with lots of good bars and places to eat on the doorstep. Check in was very quick as our payment had already been taken prior to arrival. I'm still fairly sure on booking.com it said "payment on arrival" but it wasn't a big issue, we didn't arrive late. It was...

Stayed in this hotel over the weekend the rooms have dirty stains on the curtains and walls that looked like pee stains and they used two single mattresses to make a double bed , the furniture was broken and the phones did not work and breakfast was disgusting, the floors in the restaurant were still sticky from the night before,...

Stayed in Madisons to avoid the Christmas scramble for a taxi. Our room was on the third floor and while there was some noise coming from below, it wasnt enough to be a distraction. The problem with the room was that it was cold, dated and in poor condition. the mattress was thin and rock hard, the quilt paper thin...

Stayed here during a Christmas work do, the Christmas dinner was on the whole average, Nothing really memorable about the meal. Service was good. The bedroom was very good, lovely big comfortable bed. Location was very good although there seems to be only on-street parking and difficult to find a parking space before 6 pm.

Described as a 'boutique hotel' , id have to disagree.....reception and externals plus restaurant and bar all appear to be decorated to a high standard, however the bedrooms, are poorly and cheaply decorated, and i didnt feel these were good value given this consideration...functional, and clean, but drab, and dreary...underwhelmed. Also quite a bustling street and bar gets busy....so not...

Had a twin room booked. Room 206. Room stank of smoke as did the whole corridor. As soon as we opened hotel room door we could smell it. Beds uncomfortable and pillows pathetic. Wakened early next morning by person in the next room vomiting. Wouldn't be back to stay. Food in restaurant was first class and bar staff lovely.

I have stayed here a few times, but I recently had a few rooms booked, and a few cancelled, so bit of mess,, I emailed the hotel several times, nothing was ever a problem, and got a reply within an hour! I find this first class, as it's worrying waiting on a reply requiring a booking. The hotel is stunning,...

We had been mobile for 5 days, with jet lag and traveling, and we needed a place in Belfast to crash out. The exterior and common areas are fine. The rooms themselves were lacking. Specifically the mattress. I didn't know anyone made mattresses that thin, spring laden and cruel. The floor would have been a better, more consistent place to...
