Having been working in the local area the office booked me in here. The food was fantastic and was served by the friendliest staff. The rooms was large and comfortable, however a little TLC wouldn't go a miss... The only down side was the tv was probably older than me... However, spending little time in the room the TV didn't matter...

Stayed here with 3 friends for a Christmas treat and was absolutely horrified at the way we were treated. The level of customer service was atrocious. The way the receptionist spoke to myself and other guests was shocking!! Even though check in was at 3pm we weren't able to get into our rooms until 3.30pm, when I questioned this I...

I agree with those comments made about it needing updating, yes the TVs are old but the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast not much to shout about but the aura was generally more cared for than when I stayed here three or so years ago. So some has been working hard, just needs to keep at it. I was...

Everything needs updating, TV old 4.3 CRT type, only basic channels, breakfast was poor. Could here people in pub across tne road. All in all just tatty and shabby and a real let down, I've stayed at Travelodge's and it's been more modern than this place

I had my daughter, mother and father out shopping & we called into the hotel to see if we could get some lunch. The food was delicious & such good helpings. My father had the Christmas dinner which was piping hot & he really enjoyed it. Would define recommend it, friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

The food at this hotel is second to none is is truly lovely. The rooms though need updating as they were very old fashioned plus the TV was very old and didn't even have hardly any channels. The staff were very friendly ,helpful and welcoming. Very handy to Belfast and Lisburn city centre plus there is a Tesco and petrol...

It's been a few years since I was last here for a meal so as a treat before going on to a show my husband and I decided to call in for our dinner. The hotel has been given a bit of a facelift which was very nice and there were quite a few diners sitting down to eat. We...

Came for a four day break to sight see and visit family. Have stayed here before and found it inexpensive and comfortable so chose to stay here again and treat ourselves to an upgrade. The room was big and comfortable and we were so pleased to have a balcony! Big mistake! We paid extra to be over the function room...

We booked this hotel as we were taking the kids to Belfast for the Christmas lights switch on and wanted somewhere inexpensive rather than travel back home the same night. After reading the reviews we checked in and asked for a room in a quite part of the hotel as they can hold functions here at weekend's. We were there...

Hotel staff were all very pleasant and nothing was too much bother. Room was well equipped and beds very comfortable. Room was lovely and peaceful and we both had a great sleep both nights we were there? Didn't have a good view but that was not important to us. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Didn't have a main...
