The hotel has two things going for it - the location and the size of the rooms. The overall experience was not great . The staff were not particularly attentive or helpful- when I asked if I could have a late check out on my last day the first thing I was told was that I would be charged. Normally...

We loved our stay here the room was big and bright lovely big rain shower had no problem getting a parking space in the street behind hotel.only downside was the long wait for our breakfast and the very grumpy waitress (if you don't like working on a Saturday morning get another job).

Nice hotel in great location, no parking (on street only), nice bedrooms, BUT breakfast was absolutely BURNT, we couldnt believe how bad it was, we waited half-hour for full English and Egges Benedict, they were obviously sitting under heat lamp for 20-25 minutes, worst, still, i brought it to the attention of the Receptionist on check-out, she said "that's terrible!",...

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are brilliant & well equipped. Bed Is massive & sooo comfortable. Great location, short walk to city centre & plenty of nightlife & bars/ restaurants close by, but I would recommend the hotels bar, Claudine's for dinner and cocktails - simply amazing and staff are fantastic!! Can't wait to return.

This hotel is in the heart of the student area in Belfast. It's a really lively spot for eating and drinking establishments. I stayed here on business this week. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - I overheard them organising tours and trips for other guests. There are only two issues that may prevent me staying again. Parking is...

It was a pleasure to stay at Dukes. Just a 15 minute walk from the Europa Bus Station the Queens area, which is the student quarter for the University, has a great feel, lively enough but not too lively. The hotel was great, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, the room was huge and all the fittings, fixtures, etc...

A bit of a late shout to get out for the Giro, but in a word - wow! Great size of room, bathroom was very recently fitted - huge (bath and walk in shower). Large bed and all in very good condition. Location is great - next to the botanical gardens and within 10 mins walk from the centre of...
