Possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on....quite firm, which I normally go for, but must be quite old as I could feel every spring poking through! Decor is quite dated too. Most positive thing is that the welcoming reception staff .On the whole clean but won't stay here again

We booked this hotel because it offered a family room at a reasonable price, together with free parking. This is a well maintained older property that does the job. Not in the centre of town, but close enough to access by public transit or road. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We would stay here again.

Stayed here last week for work, won't be staying there again. Staff were nice and food was ok, but my room was diabolical ! I complained that my room was freezing cold 4 times , and then they gave me 2 plug in heaters. The bathroom was rubbish , with cracked tiles and in ground dirt around the bath. The...

The rooms and beds were not clean. The glasses and cups, even in the bar,had marks and prints. The location is convenient to reach the surroundings easily and the hotel offers a good carpark. The staff was friendly.

We stayed here for one week dirty filthy hotel - the only saving factor is the staff who are lovely and helpful. We were in 3 rooms due to the dirt and general scruffiness. The beds are old so old you feel the springs duvets are dirty and grey. There is no mattress or pillow protectors in place dirty walls...

The price is great, we paid £45.00 for the night. The WIFI is fast and parking is free. Unfortunately, these are the only good points about the hotel! First impressions are really good, the exterior and reception are very modern and clean. The receptionist was emotionless and unwelcoming. The room was the worst I've ever experienced, yellow tidal marks and...

Being a regular visitor to the Sunday carvery I'm very disappointed with this afternoons visit. Whilst the quality of food and service remain top class the hotel had over stretched itself by booking in too many parties. The function rooms were busy with birthday parties so there was a christening party in half of the main restaurant. I sat with...

OK firstly, I don't expect luxury for £45. The reason we booked was for the cheapness, as a stop off before our early 6am Belfast International flight. However, I have stayed in "cheap and cheerful" hotels before and have given 4 or 5 stars, this place is simply in need of alot of work, First impressions walking into reception were...

Stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago and i have to say i really enjoyed myself. The staff where as helpful as they could be and the entertainment that was on a Thursday night was great. The room that we stayed in was good but could do with a wee update but it served its purpose for £45 you...
