We stayed here for 1 night. This is an old building made into a b&b, so rooms are adjusted to fit in the number of beds. The decor and bedroom furniture is a wee bit tired, but then what do you get from low cost accommodation? The room was clean enough, although I would prefer not to have the dusty...

I needed an overnight room, south of the city, for an early morning Visa appointment at the US Consulate - this fitted the bill perfectly - 25 minutes walk from the bus centre in the middle of town (bus takes 40 minutes from Belfast International Airport) and also 25 minutes walk from the US Consulate. Online booking was v straightforward...

I stayed here for one night rather than try to get a taxi home on one of Belfast's black Fridays. The location is perfect with three of Belfast's best pubs within 2 minutes walk, those being the Bot , Egg and Welly Park. The bus stop in to city centre is 30 seconds away and the bus which costs £1.90...

Stayed at the guest-house for two days recently and at first thought the location was quite far out from the city centre but really, it was a 25 minute walk, down a straight road so the location was actually fine! Room was neat and tidy, only downfall from the room was it didn't heat up very well, even with the...

The apartment main level was very nice. Homey and pleasant. Big spaces and nice bathroom. Clean, but there was a little damp and needs a little repair. My first visit to Belfast and this was a great stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed for one night in Belfast and wanted something close to the University. This was in a great location (about 20 mins brisk walk from main shops and 5 mins from QUB/botanic gardens) and the room was comfortable and clean. Don't be put off by the shared bathroom facilities - there are plenty of services for the amount of...

I booked this guest house following a personal recommendation and was not in any way shape or form disappointed! The staff were very welcoming and helpful and able to give me information about the local area. The guest house is located near to the botanical gardens and to the Queens University. My room was perfectly clean and equipped with a...

Standard fare, stand up shower, clean bedding etc. but a great location and large windows made this a nice bright room that I would stay in again. Wasn't too noisy, for being in a central, busy neighbourhood, so we were able to sleep in. And yes, did not hear or speak to anyone throughout our stay, at the time, preferable...
