After turning up on a rainy afternoon I was met by Tom the duty receptionist who was very helpful. I purchased wifi which wasn't working but as I had plenty of work to do was important at the time. I rang down to reception a few times with no answer. The food was unsatisfactory, cold and some staff need to...

Stayed here during the Orangefest and was pleasantly suprised how quiet the hotel was. Excellent location just outside the city center and about a 15 minute walk to the city center. Easy to drive to other places in Northern Ireland and parking was easy, although not cheap (as is anywhere in Belfast...). Room was spacious and clean and reception was...

Well worth another visit. A happy woman is a happy house! Everything was enjoyable as the kids were entertained on their tablets and allowed us to have a drink in the bar and a chance to relax before bed time.

Best Premier Inn I've stayed in thus far. Great location, fantastic staff, clean, large room and comfy bed. Only complaint was that the reception desk was rarely staffed, which seems bizarre to me! We had to wait to check in (and even missed an appointment because of the long wait, as none of the check in kiosks were open either),...

I stayed here as part of a last minute, unexpected booking on 31st July. What a lovely place! Check in was effortless and quick, and I was directed to my room. My room was large, bright, quiet and clean, overlooking the Titanic building. Superb. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic, great choice and quality of food on offer....

The hotel itself is situated a few minutes away from Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic. It's less than a 10min taxi journey from City airport (around £10 with the airport charge if you hop in a cab outside the terminal). and is around a 15min walk from the city centre. Location was perfect for me as I was visiting to...

About a five minute walk from the town centre. We never had breakfast there but I'm sure it was the standard premier inn one. Staff...

Really clean hotel with fantastic members of staff and they do an amazing buffet breakfast. The rooms are all modern and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I've slept in. The hotels location if fantastic as its right beside the odyssey complex as well as the titanic experience. There's a shop close by for any essentials you might need....

Stayed here last night with husband and two children. As always the chain lives up to its reputation for me. Room was bright and airy, overlooking W5 and the marina, spotless as always with correct amount of mugs and towels! Air con worked fine as 4 people in one room can be difficult. Breakfast was fine but still haphazard due...
