I had the most memorable time last week with my friend on his birthday in the Piano Lounge . I rang to book afternoon tea and happened to mention it was a friends birthday and would appreciate a window table . When we arrived we were escorted to our table by the lovely Veronica and we were surprised and delighted...

It’s not just this hotel but why is communication such a struggle for hotels? I booked a room for one night and with a change of plans booked a second night, a few days in advance I called the hotel who said they would link the bookings and put a note on the reservation so I wouldn’t have to change...

I have stayed at the Europa numerous times now and have not been disappointed for a second. From the moment I set foot in reception my car was whisked away and reception checked me in efficiently and immediately. The room was spotless, spacious and conveniently located, and who can complain about lush Hastings-branded slippers and luxurious toiletries. In terms of...

A good night's sleep, after a good dinner of Leek & Potato Soup, Slow roasted Shoulder of Pork, with ice cream for dessert. I slept like a baby. Showers seem to be vastly narrower here, with a higher step. Seems to be a mite dangerous for a Senior but we worked it out okay.

There is a club on the 12th floor so your ceiling will vibrate from the music, and it will shake when people jump along. The front desk said they'd let the DJ know tomorrow, and I would've expected...

Nicest looking hotel we stayed at on our vacation. Huge lobby, nice bar, nice restaurant with good service. We had some football fans being loud in the attached suite. We got moved and upgraded quick n easy. Excellent service

So much better than anywhere else in Belfast - attentive service, terrific cocktails, great music on the piano. Lovely to sit and look out over Belfast in comfortable surroundings. In a class of its own in central Belfast!
