We have visited the Hilton Belfast on numerous occasions during the last 10 years and always enjoyed its central location, its comfort and the friendly service. However, the hotel has not many changes to its rooms and now we increasingly note that its room rates do not justify the service and comfort offered. We stayed at the Executive Floor on...

Stayed with wife in our favourite Hotel in Belfast. Always buzzing, this Hotel offers the intimacy of a family break with all the needs for corporate/ professional visitors to Belfast. Set in a GREAT LOCATION with Parking available next door, the Reception Staff are VERY GOOD at making all customers feel very much at home. Head Concierge John is absolutely...

You expect certain things from a Hilton. Things such as good food options, a decent bar and superior rooms. These and other things like a pool and a spa were missing. First, the rooms. In a word, old. The rugs pulling up from the thresholds, the outdated bathroooms with modified shower hookups, poor water pressure, a toilet that barely flushes...

This Hilton is located right next to the Waterfront conference venue and is therefore very busy especially when there are big shows on. It was surprising that being in a city centre location, the lifts to guest room floors are not operated by key cards. In fact the newer hotels often have key cards which will only allow you to...

Staff were spot on....room was dated and tired! Plumbing was making some weird noises that kept waking us up - buzzing like your phone vibrating....very annoying! Restaurant was fully booked....but empty when we walked past????? Drunk lady walking around barefoot was very funny. Breakfast was good though!

We booked Hilton hotel for just one night stay as we were travelling further up the north from Waterford. Price for one night was around 30% higher than average for 4* hotels in Belfast. We were placed in a dissability/accessible room on 3rd floor. Room was very spacy, extremely comfortable room, everything perfect except bathroom. Bathroom was very dirty, leaks...

Very good hotel in the Waterfront of Belfast. This time I stayed in an executive room, which provided access to the Executive Lounge providing breakfast and drinks & hors d'oeuvres from 18 to 21. Spacious room with comfortable beds. The best hotel during my 1,5 weeks UK trip, although the other hotels were not this highly rated either. Anyway one...

The Hilton is a very easy walking distance to the train station and is easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and available to assist whenever you needed it. On my three trips to Belfast I have always stayed there.
