I just spent a night in the Kings Lodge which is a boutique style bed and breakfast. The room was perfect. Spacious, very clean, lovely bathroom with sauna and very comfortable. My Breakfast omelette was perfectly cooked and the very friendly owner was more than helpful with my late arrival. With free parking and quick access to the city centre,...

My first time staying here. I arrived later than expected (managed to get lost on a straight road). Melvyen the owner was very welcoming and his manner added to the relaxed feel of the Kings Lodge. After a good chat I was shown to the room. The room, Down Hill Suite, was clean and perfect for one person. The TV...

I stayed here alone when travelling for a conference in the centre of Belfast. Having booked late all the hotels in the city centre were hugely expensive so I stumbled across this delightful place via laterooms.com (didn't experience any of these overbooking issues others mentioned). The host Melvyn was absolutely fantastic and couldn't do more for you or be more...

Just returned from a long weekend in Belfast and had a brilliant stay at the Kings Lodge! Melvyn who runs the house is lovely, very personable and goes out of his way to look after you - plus he makes a great fry up! The room itself was lovely, really comfy bed, a power shower, Sky TV and a fridge....

The room was beautiful, modern, spacious and clean - The bed was more comfortable than any I have stayed in before (and I stay regularly in Belfast). Mervyn is most welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Kings Lodge. Kings Lodge is centrally based and only a short taxi ride to the center.

Hotel was really clean, modern and a pleasure to stay in. Our room was very specious and was better then imagined with a sauna in our bathroom...
