A Fabulous Three Course Sunday Lunch. Just Couldn't fault it. All the Staff are so helpful and friendly. You are not rushed between courses. A totally relaxed few hours. And the food cooked to perfection, with a fantastic variety. Superb, Superb, Superb. Thank's to all for making our 1st visit most enjoyable.

This was my 4th spa package visit over the past few years and whereas the buffet lunch in a small restaurant upstairs has been very good in the past, this time we had a really tasteless, fridge-cold bento box lunch which was nowhere near the quality you'd expect from the Celtic Manor. The salmon was overcooked and rock hard and...

Having been to the Celtic Manor a number of times over the last few years we always see it as a reliable place to escape to for a few nights. We have stayed in a variety of rooms, all of which are nice but on our most recent visit I would say some rooms (top floor) are in need of...

Me and my boyfriend found a deal for the resort back in January and we really enjoyed our visit. We had never visited the resort before so it was all new to us but we were very impressed! Loved the indoor mall, the food at the olive tree was gorgeous and the room was superb, best hotel room I've ever...

Spent a night here as a birthday treat, was shocked to see a charge on the parking £15 a night, no way was I going to park in the free car park it is like a mountain trek and no fun in the rain even with a free lift, this is very unappealing so we paid the fee. Reception area...

I have been here before and had excellent service, and I wasn't disappointed this time either. The hotel is still first rate. The rooms are very good and spacious and the dining is very good too. The Twenty Twenty course was magnificent - the first time I have played it. Overall, this is one of my favourite weekend breaks for...

I stayed for two nights this week while attending a conference and I have to say that in my opinion it's a conference hotel. I had been looking forward to my visit and read the reviews thinking some seemed quite harsh but unfortunately I have to agree with some of them. I stayed on the 9th floor and am assuming...

Stayed here on a dinner, bed and breakfast package. Room was OK but in need of update. Good sized bathroom, but again showing signs of age. Dinner (buffet) was disappointing (salad bar in particular) as was breakfast (not much difference to the breakfast we had the previous day in a Premier Inn). Pool in the Forum was over subscribed -...

I visited here with my daughters for the Tea Time Me Time package, this was a present for my birthday. We were told we could use the facilities at 09.00am, we arrived at 09.30. We could not use the pool or the jacuzzi due to there being the most children I have ever seen in a place. The noise was...
