Wonderful rugby experience for myself and my partner thanks to the Church guesthouse. Rooms are lovely and clean. We received complementary cooked breakfast on the morning of the big game and it was lovely. Managers a good laugh to top of a brilliant weekend. Recommend 100%!!!

My partner and I have just returned from a weekend break at Church guesthouse. We've had a fantastic time out and about and the accommodation was faultless. The room was spotless as was the en suite. The bed was very comfy and the room appeared to be recently refurbished with new carpet and modern furnishings. It was very quiet and...

We only stayed one night but will definitely be back when in the area. Large, clean, comfortable room and bed with plenty of tea, coffee etc. & bottled water. Included breakfast nicely set out in the attractive modern dining room - a cafetiere of very good coffee, plenty of choice of cereal, fresh and tinned fruit, yogurt, pastries and Welsh...

Booked a double room is August 2016 to stay Feb 2017 for England Wales game. Arrived Friday afternoon to check in to a flustered man pretending we hadn't made the booking even though we had paperwork. He then told us he had found us alternative accommodation up the road (when asked where up the road he looked at us like...

Ensuite toilet and shower room was great too. Staff were absolutely brilliant! I emailed in advance to see if I could check in way outside of their hours and it was no...

We checked in to the guesthouse a little bit early but David the owner welcomed us and showed us up to our room. It was gorgeous with lovely white bed linen. The duvet was thick and beautifully warm and snuggly. The bed was so comfy I couldn't wait to get in and didn't want to get out of in the...

Great room and excellent service from hotel manager. Only 5 mins walk from town with some great little pubs/restaurants a stones throw away. Went there for the 6 nations and would definitely stay there again. See you again soon

Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds. Hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful of guests' needs. Breakfasts were delicious and generous. This guesthouse is located within easy walking distance of Bute Park, Millenium Stadium, Cardiff Castle, and the main shopping streets. Also very convenient for visiting Cardiff University. Cathedral Road with its historic buildings is one of the most beautiful in...

Had this booked for two rooms since September 2016 as here for the Rugby. Got here to find no rooms booked even though the manager has actually responded by email confirming booking . Given a load of excuses and wasn't even compensated . Lucky for us we managed to find an apartment to book which was far nicer cheaper with...
