I was a little concerned when asked if I'd like to be car park or dual carriageway side when I checked in, but I needn't have been. The room was fine, clean and well equipped and the staff friendly. We stayed here two nights while visiting family who live nearby and it fitted the bill perfectly. We didn't eat at...

Very much as expected as I have stayed in several premier inns. This is about 6 miles from the city centre. There is no pub next door - as there are with many other premier inns; they have their own small restaurant which had run out of a few things when we ate friday at 9pm; I probably wouldnt eat...

So having arrived at check in on Wednesday evening first impressions were that the accommodation was dated abs a bit run down. However the price was reflective of that and all that was really required was a bed, shower and place to eat whilst in Cardiff for a training course. I must say that the trip was an extremely pleasant...

Good food service was next to none excellent nights sleep it was quiet even the internet worked well which was good Easy to park Beware, your sat nav takes you to the opposite side of the road into a cul de sac so you need to turn round and cross a busy road

Stayed one night and experienced bed bugs. Had to go to the Doctors due to me being covered in bites, now on antibiotics. Apart from that breakfast was good and plentiful, it's a shame I was breakfast for some pesky insects.

Checked in at 530 pm told no tables to eat til 815, but empty restaurant on arrival. Extraordinary long wait for food, then not cooked very well, potatoes par boiled, service inconsistent - some stars, but some team appeared not to know what was going on! Room tiny, and not up to usual premier inn standard that I've become used...

We stay at premier inns around the country on a regular basis, and love the quality they offer. We could see from reviews on this premier inn that it had a mixed bag of opinion. The other premier inns in Cardiff were fully booked due to a sporting event taking place. The hotel is one of their older ones, but...

Nedd a family room for 2 people so as not to feel too claustrophobic. Bathroom tiny, sideways shuffle required to get round the door. Shower pressure useless. Upside was the restaurant. Evening meal freshly cooked to order and great service from waitress Kelly. Breakfast was the usual quality for this chain. Convenient for a short stopover in Cardiff.

We were only spending one night in Cardiff and not visiting the centre. This hotel is well situated just off the A48 and having a restaurant means you can arrive quite late and not have to go out again and hunt for a meal - and we were served good quality food as well. The hotel has lots of parking...

2 nights to make studying at University easier - I always like being here. Lynda on reception makes me feel like I have come home she is a delight! Already thinking of the next stopover as I know I can just relax and get on with writing assignments in a quiet and stress free environment ❤️
