When we arrived at this hotel we couldn't believe how lovely it looked - but on going inside it is very dated. Our room was in desperate need of re-decoration. Holes in the walls, the curtain hanging down, the bed was really old. The Bathroom - shower was awful - we never did manage to get it working properly and...

Beautiful location with great parking. All staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us when we needed something for our son. Bedroom furniture is lovely and view from our room is amazing (see pictures)

Stayed at the end of march with my boyfriend who was the one that booked the hotel. So glad we went! Pictures on trip advisor and booking.com seem old and don't show the beauty of the hotel and location. Grounds are exceptional! However we did have an issue with the room. Went to reception and asked if we could switch...

On arriving at the sign for this hotel and turning in things looked very promising indeed. A long but lovely driveway up to the hotel with very pretty and well manacured gardens, golf course and fountains. The building was also very impressive(well at least from the outside). Upon arrival, which was something similar to Fawlty Towers, we were greeted by...

Booked for my fiancées birthday, we had a lovely lunch, staff were very professional in their attitude and appearance. Then comes the spa, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were as they should be, we dressed in our provided robes and on to the waiting area. Then I was welcomed by 'Jo', who took me to a private room and explained...

I enjoyed my stay as was a good friend and we had opportunity to relax and chat. The leisure facilities were lovely but could definitely do with some TLC here and there( dirty doors, corners unclean) After the Swim we relaxed in the bar area of the leisure suite as the main bar was not open until 6:30 ( on...

Lets start with a positive, lovely gardens. Bar closed, staff rude, spa treament rushed, food luke warm and room was musty and very dated. Asked to speak to managment three times but to no avail. This place is in need of a huge shake up!!!!! Wanted to cry at one point. A relaxing night away turned into a night from...

I loved this place and I used to visit quite regularly. No personal reason as to why I don't visit often now. The rooms were a lovely size, and traditionally decorated. The gardens were lovely. The spa was heavenly. However I noticed a couple of cracks in wall and paint coming off here and there. All it needs is a...

We booked this hotel for a two night break as couples. Well apart from paying stupid money just because it was international rugby weekend and the fact this Hotel should be renamed 'Faulty Towers'. Where do I start... and before you think this is personal or a fussy person well this is not, this is our true reflection of our...
