We stayed for one night at Lincoln House and would definitely return. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive which is always a great start. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Cardiff City Centre and has good parking facilities at the rear. All good. The room was very clean and had everything you would want for an overnight stay...

What a find! Lovely hotel, great breakfast and super friendly staff. The weekend I went it was half the cost of the main city hotels. The room I stayed in was clean and very comfortable plus had a beautiful 4 poster bed. No swimming pools, gym, 4 star fusion restaurant etc but to be honest I don't care about that....

We found this hotel via TripAdvisor looking for somewhere four couples visiting Cardiff for a weekend in early February to base ourselves (not a 6 nations weekend). We were not disappointed as Lincoln House delivered on all counts. We spoke to the hotel before arrival as we wanted some sandwiches to be provided on arrival as we were all travelling...

Huge room with 4 poster bed, sofa, and fireplace. Really comfortable and a great breakfast too. Cathedral Road is lovely, and its beside an incredible park. A nice walk through the park to the city center.

I am mindful of the excellent reviews of this hotel but can only second them all. We stayed here for 2 nights in a classic double room, myself my partner and our 6.5 month old baby. The hotel is a beautiful old building but our room was decorated contemporarily yet in keeping with the style of the building. The room was...

My partner and I have travelled to almost all continents and to over 25 countries in the world. We have stayed in a wide range of hotels, which range from "cheap-and-cheerful" to "5-7 star luxury".. Lincoln House just stands out amongst the crowd! And this superb result...in every category! Personalised service from the family owners and staff (some of whom...

Stayed for one night at the hotel. The house/hotel has 4 floors... and of course I was right at the top. Everything was there as you'd expect from a major chain hotel and breakfast was excellent, parking was right around the back of the property with a good security light in operation. All in all a comfortable stay but possibly...

Best breakfast I've had in a long time with beautifully cooked local ingredients. The room was immaculate and comfortable with an excellent shower. And the staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This traditional styled hotel deserves better praise. We stayed in a classic double. Very spacious room, comfortable king size bed, very clean, lovely decor. Great bathroom and shower. Very good breakfast. We will definitely return and stay longer. Friendly, attentive and respectful staff and service. This was our first visit to Cardiff and the stay here helped make sure that...
