Very warm welcome, we spent 2 nights here with 2 young, excitable children (2 and 8 years) they where both made to feel welcome and breakfast was tailored to suit them. For our booking we received 2 large connecting rooms and an en suite shower room and actually had the whole top floor to ourselves. Very close to town centre...

A great location (easy walk to/from town, castle or station), perfect host, good breakfasts, nicely sized clean and comfortable rooms, free wifi and superbly priced. Without hesitation I would recommend this B&B.

Very pleasant B&B, with a really comfortable bed. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre. Steve was most welcoming (and was determined to cook my breakfast boiled egg exactly as I like it!). I was given keys for both the room and the front door, so no problem about getting back in.

Firstly I'd like to thank Steve (owner) for making our brief stay so enjoyable and carefree. We only had a one night stop off in caerphilly for a birthday party and was so glad I found Ty Castell on the web. I booked 3 rooms, one signal and two doubles. I later noticed they had a downstairs disabled room which...

We stayed here for two nights during the Rugby World Cup in September. We found owner Steve to be very helpful with suggestions for where to eat, and for finding a doctor in town. The B&B is very well located, just a 5 min walk to both train station and down town. Off street parking was easy at the side...

We stayed one night after a wedding and everything was lovely. Clean rooms with bottled water supplied, quiet even though our room looked out onto the main road, safe parking at the side of guest house and a plentiful breakfast with a friendly host. Will definitely rebook when next going to Cardiff as train station just 10 mins down the...

Stayed one night for pre holiday early morning start. Previous Trip Advisor guests hadn't exaggerated when they gave good reviews about the accommodation, breakfast and owner Steve being friendly and accommodating. Prior to my arrival I had e-mailed my requests for breakfast, fresh strawberries or the like. Breakfast room very clean, self service toast( which I Love) preserves cereals, coffee,...
