Well placed in middle of town, with parking. Did the job really well for 3 guys on a hiking weekend. Very clean, excellent breakfast. Jennings Ale was on offer when we stayed, £2.55 a pint and beautifully kept.

Stayed for one night as I was hiking in Brecon Beacon. Quick check-in at the bar. The room was clean, and had lovely furnishings. The bed was super comfy! The price includes the room, towels and breakfast in the morning (chose from full-English, toast, fruit, cereal yogurts etc). Good price for what you get, will be staying again.

Positives first: Top breakfast, lovely croissant, fruit, cereals and full Welsh. Well cooked. Services brilliant from all staff. Room clean and bathroom clean. Ideal location Cycling friendly Could be better: Room was way too hot even with heating off No soap or toiletries in rooms or bathroom Other guests loud and audible at night Would stay again but with larger...

Bed was bad, but room was calm. Staff was ok. Food was good. Bathroom was not really good but clean. No Wi-fi in the room, easy excuse of "If you don't have it in your room you have it downstairs"...Stayed over there for 2 nights to visit brecon becon, 1 would've been enough though...

This was a nice place to stay for two nights. When staying in this place, remember that this is a pub with rooms as opposed to a conventional hotel. The check in was quick and efficient and was at the bar. The room was large enough with an odd en suite configuration (toilet separate from bathroom) but it worked. Breakfast...

I feel the hotel needs to get s face lift, just because you have a capture market does not mean you just sit back and know people will stay come what may. But your hotel is a disgrace, breakfast was appalling to be told sorry only two slices of bacon left , oh and by the way you can't have...

4 night stay was OK. Room was clean but faded and basic and the place smelled of dettol. Fortunately I was out all day so the average accommodation was not an issue but really I agree with a previous review that 1 night cheap and cheerful is what it's for. Staff were great.

Clean room and bathroom. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, but could become one if B&B full. Squeeky doors should be sorted as you can wake up other guests when using the toilet at night or if you come back late. The pub underneath does not serve hot food on a Monday, which made it hard for us to...

This quiet venue just outside of the bus terminal is perfect for a peaceful and friendly meal or drink with friends or family during the day. There is ambient music that plays in the background that provides an enjoyable environment. This venue also has it perks for families with there being a play area out back for children to enjoy....

We loved it here cheap and cheerful accommodation that was spacious and immaculately clean! My little dog was made to feel very welcome and Donna in the kitchen made her a little breakfast each morning! Donna and Zel were great and really added to a great long weekend! Great location with only a short drive to Brecon National Park, will...
