This is a lovely guesthouse and would highly recommend it. Sarah is a fantastic hostess, very friendly & welcoming. I stayed for 2 nights in a single room which was really warm & cozy (and immaculately clean), and a real treat to return to after a day on the hills. The ensuite facilities were first class and the shower is...

A wonderful B&B for our visit to Snowdonia. Stayed for 2 nights with my sister and wished we could have it longer, had it been available for the rest of our break.. Sarah and Mark were very friendly and thoughtful in helping us with guides for our days out. Not forgetting, they were so accommodative with our dietary requests. The...

One of the absolute best bed and breakfasts we've stayed in. The rooms were wonderful and very clean and the breakfast was perfect for long walks in the mountains. Mark was also really helpful with our treks and giving us tips on where to go. Made our short stay there wonderful.

My sister and I stayed at The Ferns Guest House as we were both running the Snowdon Marathon. We had a warm and friendly greeting from the owners, shown to our beautifully decorated room and then served tea and cake in the lounge. We both felt really comfortable there, the hosts are really friendly making a point of remembering all...

The primary reason to opt for a b and b, is obviously the "bed and the breakfast". I was well satisfied with both. The bonus at a good b/b, is an attentive owner like Sarah. She helped me plan my activities, and deftly oriented me to the house, and my specific room. My only, small, complaint is the noise from...

We went as a large family trip to snowden- honestly Sarah and Mark where the most accommodating hosts and made us feel right at home! From booking to arrival to organising day trips they were great! Lovely decorated bedrooms, soo clean and good location... only downside is rooms were on the smaller side but fine for a weekend away :)

From the lovely friendly welcome, the standard of the room, the cleanliness overall, to the excellent breakfast (the choice of food worthy of a much larger and 5* establishment), I cannot rate this guest house more highly. Centrally located, great views, good sized room, comfy bed, spotless perfectly functional en-suite bathroom. Sarah and Mark work really hard and provide a...
