Stayed here for two nights in August 2016. B&B was clean, food was great, hosts were warm and welcoming. Stayed in the family room and found it very comfortable. Would certainly recommend this B&B to others.

If you were going to try and pick any fault with this place, then the only thing you could say is that breakfast is served just a little early for those who spend their working week getting out of bed early and like to get up a little later when on holiday. Monday to Saturday breakfast is 8:15 - 9am...

Our first visit to North Wales was an amazing experience. The Afon View is a lovely place, the room was excellent, clean, plenty of towels, TV and small fridge. The full English (or Welsh) breakfast was delicious and served in minutes. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in and not too far from Snowdonia, Caernarfon Castle,...

Lovely B&B. Very high standard of cleanliness. Very friendly with lots of local advice on offer. Great breakfast selection. Loved the bacon and sausages. Goes beyond any expectation I had. A lot better than many hotels. Would highly recomend to friends and family.

Breakfast is served in the front room. The girl who served breakfast was lovely and always friendly. Full Welsh breakfast and the smoked salmon...

We normally stay in hotels when we go away but thought we would try something different . We were pleasantly surprised, the place was spotlessly clean. We had the four poster room which was a little more expensive but well worth the extra. Very good host and a nice breakfast also. Situated on the main road into betws-y-coed , easy...

Stayed for two nights on an activity weekend with my son. Very clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and the owner could not have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again for those reasons, and in addition it is a minutes walk from all of the main restaurants and bars
