We arrived to a friendly welcome from John & Melanie. The driveway entrance is about 300 m north of the junction of the A5 and A470.  Just look for a collection of 6 or 7 B & B signs.  Our room overlooked the village of Betwys y Coed across the valley. It was cleaned spotlessly and things like biscuits and...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. The guest house was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with friendly owners who have thought of everything. Our room had fantastic views and although compact was well equipped with good quality bedding, towels etc and also toiletries, beverages, biscuits and chocolates which were replaced daily. The breakfast was excellent, served...

We stayed here for 5 nights. A warm welcome was extended by Melanie & John. Rooms are tastefully decorated, with fine bed linens, and luxurious towels. We stayed in both Rooms 3 & 5, with 3 being the small room - but we found it adequate and comfortable. Room 5 was a large double, with separate patio door opening onto...

We stayed in room 5 which was on the ground floor with it's own convenient side entrance. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had plentiful tea, coffee and biscuits provided. We even got toiletries and slippers as you'd expect at a hotel! It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable (we had the best sleeps on our trip...

Due to our location we do sometimes suffer with low water pressure. After standing on step ladders, I have investigated the dust on the top of the door frame, the...
